*This training is appropriate for clinicians who are NOT assessors as it involves "preparing" for court or complaints in your work with children and family systems.

In his upcoming training, Dr. Bigelow focuses on the work of Psychologists, Counsellors, and Social Workers who are trying to avoid but also be prepared for, court involvement while protecting their license as they embark in work with children, teens, families including complex dynamics and high conflict presentations. 

Many clinicians are unaware on how to prepare their documentation in preparation for worst case scenarios. This training is apporpriate for therapists, assessors and supervisors. You will gain understanding on how to start your consent documentation, maintaining records, complete reports, debrief reports, legislation to consider, information to provide to families, your role in court to support or defend, and much more. 
You will also be provided with handouts and literature to support the complex process as you embark in clinical work or assessment.
