Insurance Coverage

Services by Registered Provisional Psychologists are covered under all benefit plans that offer psychological service reimbursement.
Direct billing, however, is limited to only Greenshield and Alberta Blue Cross at this time. All other insurance benefits must be submitted by the client.
Mental Health Counselling
Zoe addresses a wide range of concerns, including trauma (in all forms), anxiety, depression, self-esteem, self-harm, eating disorders, emotion regulation, mood disorders, life transitions, and body positivity. Zoe also offers parent coaching and support, helping caregivers navigate the challenges of raising children and adolescents.

Approach to Counselling

Zoe’s theoretical orientation is grounded in trauma-informed care, using a variety of techniques and skills drawn from diverse therapeutic approaches. She integrates art therapy, play therapy, nature-based methods, CBT, mindfulness, and somatic approaches to address the core concerns in therapy. Zoe is trained in EMDR and has upcoming training in play therapy through Rocky Mountain Play Therapy Institute.

Hobbies & Interests

Zoe is passionate about outdoor adventures, including rock climbing, hiking, snowboarding, backpacking, and camping. She loves spending time in nature, always seeking new opportunities to explore and connect with the great outdoors. Whether she's scaling a rock face or relaxing around a campfire, Zoe finds joy in every adventure. Above all, she values spending quality time with her family, making the most of their shared experiences in nature and beyond.
