PERINATAL THERAPY

Jaspreet is an experienced psychologist who works from a developmental trauma-informed from connection-focused perspective. She supports children, youth and adults in navigating their life stages with emotional coping, resiliency, confidence and authenticity. Jaspreet has a special interest in working through an attachment lens to challenge cycles or patterns that hold you hostage and create anxiety in personal, social and professional domains. Jaspreet specializes in evidence based anxiety interventions in children, youth and adults.

Gaby specializes in supporting postpartum depression, perinatal anxiety, birth trauma, and fertility challenges. She works with birthing and non-birthing individuals (or couples!) on their unique challenges in navigating this part of your journey. Gaby is trained to support infertility, grief, birthing trauma, pregnancy loss, IVF journey, fatherhood, and shifts in the relationship throughout the challenges. She also supports teens and children within these and other family dynamics.

Jamie is a trauma-informed therapist who focuses on the mind-body relationship. She supports those struggling with chronic emotional and physical overwhelm (BPD, Bipolar, ADHD, Stress, Anxiety, Pain). She is trained in EMDR, IFS, DBT, ACT and EFT Tapping to provide a body-focused approach you can incorporate at home. She is the therapist for you if you experience stress physiologically and are looking for a way to make the "noise" in your system calm down.

Jennifer is an attachment and relationship focused therapist who supports clients to connect the way they logically think with how their body experiences events. Her areas of specialization include trauma, adult and child ADHD, emotional regulation, mind-body connection and maternal mental health.
