With over 16 years of experience as a teacher and school counsellor, Keeley has a deep understanding of the academic, social, emotional, and developmental challenges that children, adolescents, and families may face. Today, she brings that experience into counselling, creating a warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth space where clients can feel safe, accepted, and genuinely heard.

Keeley supports children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD and neurodivergence, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem concerns, school and learning challenges, stress, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. She especially enjoys helping young people better understand themselves, recognize their strengths, build confidence, and develop practical strategies that make everyday life feel more manageable, both at home and at school. Keeley also works alongside parents, providing compassionate guidance and practical strategies to help them better understand and support their child’s unique needs.

Keeley has a particular passion for supporting individuals who have experienced domestic violence, abuse, and relational trauma. With a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, she helps clients rebuild self-trust and confidence, establish healthy boundaries, reconnect with their identity, and move forward in ways that feel safe and empowering.
